Aloha! We welcome you to experience ultimate relaxation in our 3-bedroom, 2-bath house in central Princeville. Our beautiful, air-conditioned Hawaiian style home is situated on a corner lot in a cul-de-sac, and boasts an open-concept layout with light and airy interior spaces and soaring vaulted ceilings. Surrounded by lush tropical foliage, it offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and island beauty.

*A/C is exclusive to the Master Bedroom & Living Room* The guest rooms offer 2 fans and with the bedroom doors left open, the living room a/c flows nicely to cool the spaces. 

The house offers a variety of inviting spaces for relaxation and quality time… Drift into a blissful nap in the hammock, bask in the Hawaiian sun or gaze at the stars from an outdoor chaise lounge, spend time playing together in the open-air game room, cozy up for a movie on the loungy living room couch, or pass time with a puzzle or board game from our well-stocked credenza.

The fully equipped kitchen features new appliances and all the kitchenware you’ll need, plus a BBQ grill for your outdoor cooking pleasure. Enjoy your meals on the lanai (patio), surrounded by a lush, tropical garden, or in the comfortable dining room.

The garage is fully stocked with beach gear to support your island adventures. After a day of fun, rinse off in the serene private outdoor shower off the master suite.

Ideal for individuals, couples, or families, the house is just minutes from stunning beaches, parks, local restaurants, shops, and a grocery store.

Behind our cul-de-sac lies a hidden gem— a Secret Greenbelt exclusive to our neighborhood. This delightful space is perfect for playing soccer, throwing a ball, or simply letting the kids run free. It's a lovely, nearby haven for outdoor fun and relaxation.

Hike to a Beach: Nearby trails lead down the bluff to Queens Bath, Sealodge Beach, Anini Beach, Hideaways Beach, and Puu Poa Beach.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
